Our History

HealthCare Partners was founded in 1996 by Ruddy and Rhonda Polhill as a way to balance family and professional life while providing exceptional locum tenens and permanent physicians and mid-levels to healthcare clients nationwide. They had experience in the healthcare staffing industry and knew there was a better way to provide exceptional service to our facilities, physicians and employees. Our purpose statement of "We care for you, so you can care for others" has enabled us to quickly grow our business substantially over the years to a thriving business that is #46 in the Inc. 5000 list for Atlanta, Georgia.
